Diné Studies

Rough Rock Community School was founded on Navajo traditions and culture, which has made Navajo studies a cornerstone of the curriculum. Since the school was established in 1966, the Navajo Studies Center has provided leadership in bilingual/bicultural education, creating curriculum materials, books, and other publications. The Center hosts an annual conference for reservation schools on topics related to Diné education and technology.

The Navajo Studies Center responds to requests for information and printed materials from all over the world. (Visit "RR School Press")
