We welcome your interest to Rough Rock Community School. We want you to
take this opportunity to consider our school for future employment. We
are a K-12 community school on the Navajo Reservation.
To help us determine your qualification we require a variety of
documentation as the first step to applying for employment at Rough Rock
Community School. The application contains instructions which must be
completed in detail, and the following items must be included in order
to be considered for any position:
• Letter of Interest
• Resume
• Official College Transcripts
• Three reference letters from previous employers
prepared in the last six months
• Appropriate Arizona Certification or ability to
obtain Arizona Certification
• AZ Department of Public Safety Fingerprint
Clearance Card
• Navajo Nation Background Check
If you are not yet certified in our state, please send a copy of your
state's certification and contact the Arizona Department of Education's
Certification Unit at 602-542-4367, or visit their website at
www.ade.az.gov/certification.
Your application will remain in our active file with the Human Resources
Office for a period of 6 months. If you wish it to remain active beyond
that time, you must notify us in writing.
